    At DavaXpress, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience for our customers. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.


    1. Order Cancellation Policy

    1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

    • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting our customer support team.
    • If canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

    1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

    • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
    • In case of issues such as incorrect product delivery or damage, you may be eligible for a return and refund.

    1.3 Lab Test Cancellation

    • Lab test bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled test.
    • If canceled within the stipulated time, a full refund will be issued.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

    2. Refund Policy

    2.1 Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

    • Incorrect Product Delivered – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
    • Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is damaged during transit.
    • Expired Medicines – If you receive medicines that are past their expiry date.

    2.2 Non-Refundable Items

    Refunds will NOT be issued for:

    • Opened or Used Medicines – Once a product is opened, it cannot be returned.
    • Cold Storage & Temperature-Sensitive Products – These are non-returnable for safety reasons.
    • Lab Tests Conducted – If a lab test has already been performed, it cannot be refunded.

    2.3 Refund Process

    • Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet).
    • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as a store credit or bank transfer upon request.

    3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund?

    • Provide Order Details: Share your order number, issue details, and supporting images (if applicable).
    • Processing Time: Once approved, the cancellation/refund will be processed as per the timelines mentioned above.
