Returns Policy
At DavaXpress, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding returns:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Medicines that require cold storage or have a limited shelf life are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a return.
- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened or tampered with.
- Lab test bookings and services.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only for returned products that meet the return criteria.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed if the order was canceled before dispatch.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Lab Test Refunds:
- Refunds for canceled lab test bookings will be processed if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled test.
Partial Refunds:
- In cases of partial returns, refunds will be issued only for the returned items.
